CAMPS 

ALL SEASON LONG : PA DAY, MARCH BREAK  & SUMMER  CAMPS

 Learn the fundamentals of cheerleading including stunts, jumps and tumbling. During our camps we focus on teaching our athletes about goal setting, building friendships with new athletes and learning routine composition. Camps are also FULL of FUN themed days such as water days, movie day, camp challenges & MORE. Nutrition is extremely important to an athlete's  development during camp. During our camp day athletes will have two 15 minute snack breaks & one 30 minute lunch break. We suggest when attending camp days you pack your child a large lunch, healthy snacks and lots of water.  All campers should be dressed in exercise style clothing to allow for activities that require full range of motion movements, hair tied back and indoor running shoes. We also suggest packing campers with a hat, outdoor running shoes, extra clothing and sun screen, for any outdoor activities.

Camps are available for ages 5-12

 

PA DAY CAMPS:

November 15th 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

April 24th 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

June 26th 9:00 am - 3:30 pm

WINTER CAMP:

December 30th - January 3rd

8:30 am - 4:00 pm

MARCH BREAK:

March 16th -20th

8:30 am - 4:00 pm
